Dispatch Time

We process and dispatch all confirmed orders on the same day (except Sundays and public holidays).

Orders received after 5 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

Within Tamil Nadu: Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.
Other States (Rest of India): Estimated delivery time is 3–4 working days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the courier partner’s service in your area.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders require advance payment confirmation to validate the booking.
The advance amount will be adjusted against the total order value at the time of delivery.
Orders without advance payment confirmation will not be processed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send your tracking number and courier link via SMS or email so you can track your shipment in real time.
