Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the product is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
- For prepaid orders, refunds (after valid cancellation) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns only for damaged or defective products.
To qualify for a return:
- The customer must provide a complete unboxing/opening video clearly showing the product damage.
- The video must start before opening the parcel and continue until the product is fully unboxed.
- Claims without a valid opening video will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order through our customer care (WhatsApp / Email).
- Share the opening video and order details.
- Once verified, our team will arrange a return pickup or request the customer to send it back.
- Replacement or refund will be issued only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
4. Non-Returnable Conditions
- Products returned without the original packaging or missing accessories/tags.
- Products used, washed, or altered.
- Returns raised without proper unboxing video evidence.
5. Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection and approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment mode only.
