- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must pay an advance amount to confirm booking.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to invalid payment, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We offer same-day dispatch for confirmed orders.
- Tamil Nadu deliveries: 2–3 working days.
- Other states: 3–4 working days.
- Delivery delays may occur due to courier or weather-related issues.
5. Returns and Exchanges
- Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed after quality inspection.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
- For prepaid orders, refund processing may take 5–7 business days.
