At Open End Fashions, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably across India.

Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched on the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Tamil Nadu

2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.

Rest of India

3–4 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

To reduce fake and unconfirmed orders, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a small advance payment confirmation before dispatch.

  • The advance amount will be adjusted against your final order value at the time of delivery.
  • Orders without advance payment confirmation will not be processed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send your tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delivery Partners
